Charging 28.50 a day to use all the wonderful amenities they have to offer - what a joke. With no amenities to use, no housekeeping and no help to even get towels 's a motel. What exactly is the so called 'resort Fee' for? This is not a resort. 'Oh that one is broken too.' Apparently fixing broken amenities is not on Caesar's priority list. When I asked about it, I was told 'it hasn't worked for as long as I can recall' So I ask about the sister property, Harvey's and using theirs. After a long day of skiing, my family loves to hit up the jacuzzi. Oh let's not forget the hot shower after skiing that suddenly went ice cold after 5 minutes.
She apologized profusely and said that she would send them right up. I then went down and asked the front desk to send towels up. I called to request towels, They didn't show up. Nope - never one time did anyone come into our room for any reason. We were also told that with the suite, we'd get nightly turn down service and chocolates. Major annoyance about a few things: We were told there is no maid service, but we would get a daily text from the hotel to see if we need anything.
The rooms are spacious but pretty outdated. One suite with a platinum member, one two queen room with a gold member. We visited in December, first the good: Location is walkable to the gondola and lots of food options.
